First aid station

Not so Happy with the service received so far... I phoned the company on Tuesday 20 April 2021 to enquire about products. The lady said if I order and pay it takes about 1-5 days for them to get the boots... When I followed up later the week they said they have up for 3 May.... But she'll ask the lady that works with my order to phone me... it's Monday, 26 April... Haven't received any feedback and now it looks like they are closed and will only be opening on Wednesday......... NOT happy at all

Unfortunately I was here a few times in the last couple of months, but the service at the emergency unit was excellent and you can also be analysed for free. The service while I was booked in was also great and the food was very good. I like the way that you can choose of the menu and if you arrive to late and didn't eat the order you food. Recently the are renovating as well so I expect the quality of the hospital to improve.

Please indicate business hours on your web page. You list a cellphone number with no specific contact times I run a business myself and accept calls at all hours. When a client calls I take the call and try my best to help. There are people that work different shifts and aren't always able to call during the day. If you don't accept calls after business hours, then don't list your personal number or take the call. There are people who prefer a telephonic conversation than on email. We had just called a few minutes ago to enquire about a course for our nanny and was rudely cut off by the person who took the call. The call was handled in an extremely rude way. You guys have lost a potential customer. The person answering the phone could have been polite and given us the basic information we needed or heard us out. This is what happens when you try to support small or local businesses. It would have been a different matter if we were phoning at 9pm or 1am.
