Sometimes the wait can be a bit long when the place is busy. But otherwise have been consistently satisfied with my visits here.

Went here to try their new Plant-Based Wrap. You order at the counter and then a waiter brings you your food when it's ready. The tables and seats were very clean, the staff are friendly, and the food didn't take long. The wrap was very nice, I just wish they put a bit more tomato in it as mine barely had any in, but it was still very flavorful and it's a nice option to have as a vegan. They use the 'On The Greenside' vegan chicken in the wrap.

Writing this as I am sitting here Sunday, 16 October 2022. 14h53 - 15h45.Terrible service, staff clearly had no interests in cleaning the tables as we waited for our order. Food arrived burnt (see image) 3x prego sandwiches, then coldrinks weren't brought to table, staff told me the cashier forgot to ring it up, then stood in the line to re-order the items and mentioned that the service was terrible - still.... No care or interest from staff or management.

Don’t go to this Nando’s if you’re hungry because you’ll be waiting a long time for your food. On two occasions I pre-ordered and pre-paid for take aways on-line and on both occasions I still ended up waiting for over half an hour for my food to come out. The staff are friendly but not apologetic in any way, so one really gets the feeling that this is just how it works at this particular branch. I won’t be ordering from Nando’s Tokai again.

The standard of service and quality of the food varies from time to time! Staff are generally friendly and helpful, but sometimes one feels that they think that they are doing you a favour by taking your order! Last time the peri-peri wedges, which are normally outstanding, were luke warm with very little peri-peri! Rice was also a bit stodgy!

Love nandos but this branch is always so slow. They are understaffed and probably no manager on site. I placed an order online to get it collected in person and came a little after the designated time and still had to wait and there were hardly customers in store. One person at the till which I felt bad for because she was running around like a headless chicken. Please employ more staff nandos tokai! You can afford it!

Firstly I'd like to say that staff here are super friendly. I always have a giggle with someone here and it makes my day.However the quality of the food at this branch is terrible. Tonight we ordered a whole chicken with side chips and a boujee bowl. The chicken was bitter. Bitter. I don't even understand how it can be bitter. The chips were not cooked through. The chicken in the bowl was so tough I could not eat it.This is not the quality and taste we are used to from Nando's.We had a similar experience 2 weeks ago from this branch, but thought it was once off. We all have bad days. But this seems to now be a theme.

service was quite quick at first. Up until I got my burger everything was good. My burger was raw, thankfully they got me a new burger but by the time I received my second burger my family was already done with their meal so they were sitting waiting for me to finish my food. Wasn't too pleasant... Our waitress however was extremely friendly and apologized for the inconvenience.
