Do not know how they stay in business. Tried to contact them , 4 attempts.Twice the phone was not answered . Twice the phone was answered and I was told I would be connected to the appropriate department. They never answered so I was left with a ringing phone . Switchboard never bothered to came back to check if I was connected. Good luck guys you do not deserve to be in the customer care industry.

Such poor frontline service. I have been there three times over the last few years and had such great service. This time my umbrellas have sat there for a month without anyone sending a quotation or contacting me regarding the repair. The lady on reception was so rude and claimed 'it wasn't her fault' and 'what should she be expected to do about it'. So disappointing Tradewinds.

Ordered umbrellas from Tradewinds. They sell good product, but service is shockingly bad. first, it took 3 weeks to respond to my inquiry. Than, they delivered wrong umbrella bases which took 1 week to replace. They also delivered wrong umbrella covers and never replaced.
