I couldn't find the place - I used google maps but there was no shop when I reached the destination. The owner responded to this review saying it is in a house and can only be visited after an appointment was made. Pitty, I got excited when I saw the photos on the google search only to find a place without any indication that appointments had to be made and it was a normal looking house, a place I won't go into because it has no branding or signage (we stay in South Africa, enough said ) needless to say, I turned around and left to shop somewhere else.

I’ve ordered several times from here and again recently this week. Things happen, mistakes are made… we’re all humans. However, I’ve never had a smooth delivery process. Each time I have had to follow up on the day of the delivery to ensure my order has been sent for delivery. Which I find ridiculous to do - should this not be best practice to send out to customers? Again, this week on day of delivered called up to double check and confirm - the lady I spoke to sounded half asleep and robotic (quite painful and frustrating) tried telling me there’s a delay with the order - I paid extra money for priority delivery and gave sufficient time in placing my order. Rather than taking accountability and telling me an internal error has been made she attempted to blame me - no chance! Customer service by their staff is disappointing. When the hamper arrived… gosh, was so underwhelming. $169 for a Gin & Tonic Hamper - was not impressive at all.Again, have given the benefit of doubt several times, won’t be back.

This is a special-needs home located in Sandringham.It is an old property but cared for.There are nurses on hand 24 hours a day, looking after (mainly Jewish) people living with different mental health problems and/disorders.Some of these people have lived and will continue to live between the walls of this property for the rest of their lives.It requires a lot of strength to be able to visit someone at this place, but they need it.I'm not sure how many people are housed there but the ailments range from autism to dementia and there are trained nurses at hand to help treat each patient.

Fantastic service! I ordered some moms day flowers from the UK at the last minute (moms day is celebrated earlier over here) and they were amazingly accommodating and answered any questions very promptly. My mom LOVED her bouquet. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to local and international customers.

Flawless process, from ordering online, payment and delivery I received updates via WhatsApp and email every step of the way. I also received a picture of the arrangement via WhatsApp. Will definitely use Haliema's Flowers again.

Their website was good and there’s an excellent variety of both flower arrangements and gift ideas to select from. I ordered the white orchids arrangement for our daughter and family for Christmas and it was beautifully presented, the chocolate basket was great and the bath items excellent. Delivery was when requested. Only hiccup was making payment on my credit card as it wouldn’t accept my address in Canada. Phoned them and all was sorted out quickly. Highly recommend this company.

Exceptional quality & service. Food is always freshly prepared & nice variety of dishes & platters. My guests always compliment me on the catering at my functions!
