Worse than government hospital. Dont waste your time and money going there. You rather go to netcare . Doctors are incompetent.

I spent 10 days in this hospital next to my wife's bed. We walked in there when passing through on a tour round Southern Africa. We thought she might have the beginning of a bout of malaria. She died 10 days later of a very rare brain disease. She received the very best treatment and every possible resources were tapped. Throughout we were treated with the utmost respect and compassion. That therPiwas by the internist neurologist, nursing therapists and even cleaners.

Dreadful incompetent emergency service with exceptional rudeness.Missed a serious traumatic injury holding back investigations because of money (me being overseas patient and concerns over insurance repayment - despite approval given). The doctors incompetence left me to suffer and I have subsequently needed two operations in my own country to treat my injury. This is not a level of care expected by a hospital..... I am now well enough and out of hospit to be able to formally complain - and am doing to to 1. The hospital directly and 2.The HPCSA/ OHSC egarding the individual involved

Extremely crappy service. Incompetent staff that basically don't care about their patients.

Friends of ours father was submitted there last night after an car accident, he broke his leg at to places and his arm, two ribs is also broken his collerbone is off! NO DOCTER CAME OUT! He was transferred to Netcare.Service is pathetic!!!!!!!

Staff at surgical ward awesome. Special thanks to dr Jonker, dr. Van Zyl, dr van Rensburg and Sister Molly and all the other staff that took care of my husband. God bless!

The local vet looks after animals better than this pathetic place looks after people. Its filthy, bad service with staff that couldnt care less about patients. This is the problem with SA, complaints fall on deaf ears and even though they have a horrific rating, they are still allowed to operate. I urge anyone to rather go to another hospital if you want to be treated like a human being.

Absolutely pathetic, patients more likely to die in casualties whilst waiting for the wards to move patients that have been admitted. Avoid if possible!

This was a terrible pain full time in my life.
