Great service and assistance to get my warranty claim on my wife's KWID sorted out. Friendly service advisor and a very patient driver. The free Coffee is also outstanding. My wife say I go there just for the Coffee

Received services from a manipulative salesman that has no regard for customers needs and only thinks about himself during the dealings. COVID-19 hit hard but it's no justification to lie about the Renault Kiger stock, deceive a customer and waste our time. Not coming here again.

Renault has treated me so bad when I came all the way from Pongola to service a car I was no.4 but left there at 4 Oclock this shows that there is something going on there and customers are treated very badly

Wonderful service. There was a misunderstanding between them and myself, and it was actually my fault. When I went back to apologize, the lady was quite forgiving. Excellent customer service, even to people complaining about non existent problems.
