It's a clean place, inside the store.Service in the self order station is quick.Atmosphere is beautiful, no music in the store or TV to watch whiles waiting.

So i order from KFC blue downs at least twice a week todayWaited for hour and a hlf for my delivery food was cold coz the driver got lost, eventually i called they said the driver could not find my address???? my food was cold chips were bad and considering that i live around the corner...i called in to KFC they tell me the driver said i put in the wrong address.Disgusting service 2nd issue from this store and a manager is still calling me back.

I have been waiting for my order for over 30 minutes now. It’s so frustrating because there are so many ladies in front working but they are not able to manage the orders in a proper way. It’s really so frustrating ti wait for so long. They do not even let you know that orders might take longer before you order !

I placed an online order and went to collect as usual.when i got there they didnt have any record of my order and i left my phone at home.i had to return home to get my order confirmation number.i didnt receive a number but my bank deducted the funds.i showed it to the manager and she sorted me out in no time.

Very bad experience, the staff is very slow and speaks more than preparing a meal.we had to wait 30mins just for a worker to take our order and others fot helped before us. Its really pathetic and I wouldn't consider going there again !
