The staff is friendly and helpful.The help was warmly welcomed when I couldn't decide on which frames to pick, and the questions I had. Which I had many.

What an absolutely wonderful team of ladies who assisted me with my recent experience of moving into contact lenses. Using another optometrist initially in Jhb near my office who was closed and uncontactable, SpecSavers are open 7 days a week which made a remarkable difference. These beautiful ladies not only assisted to rectify a very sore and sticky situation for me, but went through the entire process of using contact lenses again with me. They performed a full check on my eyes to ensure no permanent damage was done. They proceeded to check what I was told and then observed how I did it, correcting me. All of this on a Sunday morning, which they calmly, patiently and very professionally managed. A call three days later to check in and ensure I was alright was just the cherry on the top for me. A definite recommendation from me and certainly now my choice for future optometric requirements.

Such a good experience today at vision works. Ashika is so friendly, and professional. She gives such good advise, it shows her experience and passion. Even the optometrist was good . Will definitely be going back and referring friends and family.
