Do not waste your time with this company!!!! David the owner is a waste of time. I contacted him to get a indoor fish tank cleaned. The first appointment he was a no show. I messaged him, only to be told he was too busy and his other jobs for the day had taken longer then he anticipated, I was asked to reschedule via sms your business is very important". I did so for the following week. Contacted mid morning the day we had arranged

I am deeply disappointed in Chapel as I have ordered a handbag for my mother, however a completely different one had arrived and the straps were very long. They did offer to change it, just afraid the next one will also be the wrong order. I will go and exchange it myself at their shop to make sure I receive the the correct one.
