Beware: Don't shop here. Store does not offer cash refunds, only replacement for item of equal value or require purchase of more expensive item.No cash refunds" sign was hiding behind counter. No one tells you when purchasing about this policy.Purchased a ZA to US standard plug which blew up on first use. Plug had original price on rear

Got a faulty plug and the solution they had was to offer another one. Which doesn’t help since we leaving. Eventually made us spend more to get something else.Be warned. They hide the no cash refund sign behind the counter.

Fantastic service! Was busy browsing the shop, killing time until boarding. The shop assistant however was so attentive, patiently listening to my questions, and making recommendations that I haven't even considered. That I there and then decided to buy the product for a future trip that I'm still planning.

The staff at Cellini CPT International are excellent. I could not get my Rimowa suitcase unlocked, and despite me having purchased it elsewhere, the shop staff were kind enough to assist me getting it open. They really went out of their way to help me. A big thanks to Fabio especially for being so helpful.
