Magistrates' court

My friend took his dad for a maintainance because he has never supported him and he is now at varsity and the father is doing nothing, they went to kopanong court and the magistrate said his dad is not responsible for supporting him I guess that was because of NSFAS and he told magistrate that if the father isn't entitled to support him and can't afford the money he is requesting then he can keep his money the case was closed but the guy never gave up and took him to another court, only to find out that the guy doesn't qualify for NSFAS and his dad earns way more than the fact he can't support him he then cancelled NSFAS because it would be seen as a fraud now the dad is paying fir everything including university fees, food accommodation etc... The procedures made by this court are not complete because they never even bothered to ask for a pay slip...

Is there a email adress to where we can send Notofication in terms of section 16(3)(b)? no answer when you call anytime of the day???

I got to maintenance court after work around 12.30 there doors are already close and security tells me to come back tomorrow some of us are single mothers and fathers that con afford to stay out of work coz I need that moneyAfter they inside told me to icome anytime bwtn 8 and 2Whts wrong with this people ain't they sepouse to workDo they get paid to keep there doors close

Very bad service and rude personal at regional civil/divorces, was there 07:30 until 11am staff call ppl they knw into front and skip us, stay away frm this place

I too have been trying to get hold of the maintenace department the entire day today and on previous occasions. Today it rang for 2min 57seconds without being answered everytime and then it cuts the line.It's absolutely ridiculous.There is no listed email adress to even send an email to, praying ofcourse that someone would actually reply. Sad reality is though......Nothing will change. You need them more than they need you...

Don't know why any person would want to rate this place more than 1 star. Who ever is in charge of this place must replace the security. Please tell them that the court does not belong to them and that they can change their attitudes.
