Its Phathu here i came by on the 19th-09-2020 late afternoon with an LG Velvet which wasn't responding..I just wana thank you guys for the energy shown and concern, that was amazing you guys are the true Superstars in customer service..The lady who was operating the middle spot im sorry i forgot your name buddy. I really appreciate you.. And thank your team on my behalf.. That was awesome and its very rare to come by so Thank You Guys.

Bad service they close their speed point @17:35 so customers can turn back and close @17:45. Maybe they don't need our support lol as I go back to telkom

Bad service, a lady by the reception raises voice and fights customers. Wanted a simple sim-swap, my business connections depends on the sim card that i lost, this lady made me feel like i was a distraction, funny i was the only customer inside but she made me feel unwanted. please train these guys

Not impressed at all, submitted an application for a contract no one bothered to get back to me, went to the store to enquire and they promised to call me back weeks later there was still no correspondence. Made me decide to remain with my current network, was planning to switch.

When all hopes were lost , after I lost my phones, laptop, documents and everything that relate to me, I went past, not even attempting further consulting. I bought a new phone next door and wanted to register a new sim because I couldn't do a sim swap on my old numbers, because I failed" the questions. I registered my new sim and tried to do a sim swap on one of the lost numbers and it was successfully swapped. All the staff there are customer friendly

can not even give it one star,( but wont let me post if i don't at lease give it one star) as the service by Desmond is pathetic. Make me run around for nothing and then tel me there is no stock of the phone I want 3 days in on the month specials. BAD BAD customer service. Then tells me he will phone other branches to check stock. watching him with the phone against the ear, not even dialing, then comes back and say no stock. I made one phone call to East rand mall and they had stock. Totally pathetic service.
