A Huge thank you to the lady/nurse who runs the in-store clinic for doing my dad's blood work today- even though we had just arrived not realizing we needed to make an appointment. And also to the lady (and baby) who so kindly let him go ahead of her appointment. We appreciate your kindness!

The website states that this store closes at 2:00PM on a Sunday. I arrived at the store at 13:10 to find it closed at 13:00 as pointed out to me by one the the employees on the sign at the door. I returned to the website and which stated that the store was 'closing shortly'.I took a screen shot if this. I had driven 16km into Knysna for nothing. Surely you update your site if your times change. Attempts to reach the store manager proved fruitless

The pharmacy section is beyond pathetic. Its like a bunch of snails moving around with absolutely no interest in customer service whatsoever. After fifteen minutes of waiting in a queue and no form of recognition, I turned around and left. For as long as I can remember, the Clicks pharmacy section is the worst countrywide. The service in this Country is deteriorating by the day. (if that is even possible) Back to the private pharmacies where service is guaranteed.. People appreciate their work and want to serve there! Not just there for their entitled paycheck.

I cannot thank Clicks pharmacy and pharmacist Willem Buys enough for his care and empathy today. I had just had a little operation and was in some pain and feeling faint and Willem got me pain killers and water and then helped me get Lucozade to stop me from fainting. Thank you Willem for your assistance and care.

Just letting you know Clicks that I won’t be shopping at this specific branch. I will no longer get my chronic meds from you because you failed to go the extra mile and inform me that I had a round of meds available for collection and instead just gave me what the current prescription stated. Now the prescription has expired because I was away for a while which I made clear to the pharmacy assistant and I am unable to get my chronic meds urgently.Other service providers in the area offer a way better service.Shopping in-store could use a bit more efficient customer service, not just robotic behaviour without an added personalised touch.

Phoned and got a booking with Felicity at the clinic and walked straight in, great service!! what an asset to Clicks. The rest of the experience was so poor, staff and management at the tills worked at a snails space, despite the Q. Slow service.
