Pathetic, shelves aren't properly stocked at the baby section, I drive 50kms to buy baby products there, it's the 3rd time that there is no number 4 Nestle milk on the shelf, no number 4 Baby things diapers. The staff is not helpful at all if asked about the stock. Cashiers are rude, Needs a competent manager that can actually run a store!!!!

Horrible customer experience received today! Cashier R. Lemotlo had the audacity to tell me that the pregnancy and ovulation tests I bought weren't important and I must return them. I found her question to be very disrespectful as especially coming from another woman. Discipline your cashiers please.

One very rude, pathetic worker, at the pharmacy, cannot do her job. Train your workers!!!! Or get one that can do the job!!Terrible service. If I see her again, I would rather wait for someone else to help me. Completely incompetent!!!!

I dont know what else to say other than I'll never set foot it that place again. First bad experiance I had was I had just come out of surgary and the doctor called ahed of time to get my script ready, when I got there I was getting out my car while they were closing the doors I told the security the management knew about me coming as my doctor called and he refused to open and the place was still full of ppl shopping it took me losing my temper so the manager over heard it before he said ok. My strike two was I asked where the prebiotics and I got told i need a prescription i said no you dont its normally with the vitamins then takes me to the dispensary he said wait here but I still need a prescription in any case I found the the vitamins and the prebiotics myself strike 3 I asked my mom if the could get one of those Fitbit watches and I'll pay her when she gets home I said I dont care what make it kind it is as long as it has a heart rate monitor all of them do she comes home confused and said the guy said all they have are puls meters but I was a whole case of what I was looking for yesterday. How dose dichenlm hire thair staff how can they not even know the basics of what they selling it used to be a good cheap pharmacy now it's not even cheap any more at least small pharmacy like danie meyer you pay a few rand extra but you get ppl who know thair product and can ask advice.

I had my medicine prepacked as I placed the order on the Dischem app but there is no advantage to have it prepacked as there is not a collection counter as I have seen in other Dischem stores.I had to queue in the normal line to get my prepacked medicine.There were 2 pharmacists working on a Fryday afternoon (also being pay weekend).I waited in line for about 25 minutes for them just to hand me my prepacked medicine.

Rude Pharmacy Manager. Well, I went there to collect my chronic script today. The pharmacy manager assisted me with the pickup. I informed her that my son’s medication aren’t in the package. I told her that I can send it to her, I received it electronically, and she kept on telling me she wanted the original, whereby I told her that this is how we’ve been receiving it… Then she told me it was only acceptable during lockdown to have emailed scripts. How am I supposed to know this Mrs Manager? My very first experience in collecting my chronic meds from your desk was for sure my last. If this is the level of treatment your customers get, shame on you! I am not mentioning your name, but you know who you are and I caution you that your actions have an effect on your customers’ experience.

Disappointed by a lady who was working at the customer care front desk station on 24 May 2023 around 17h00. She deliberately refused to come to the till to assist the two cashiers who assisted me with my purchase. I was enquiring about Vitality and wanted to benefit from my purchase of about R693. We waited for her as the cashiers were requesting her to come assist or advise where I should go for Vitality. This lady refused to come to the till where I was, saying I should first activate benefits, which I did but I wanted to know how I can benefit from my purchase now because my profile has been active. She waited in silence at her desk, refused to budge or move nor respond any further. I paid, I went to her, gave her my slip, she looked at me and just took my dischem card and gave me a new one. Could not care any less for the purchase I just made. At that point, someone else deserved to be in that position.
