I have been there only one time and service was terrible. I read the owners response to customer reviews and he does not appologise but rather either attack the person or have some excuse. Tip to the owner: Take the comments as constructive and an opportunity to improve. Don't be rude or defensive as other customers read your feedback. For that reason I will rather stick to Bathos across the road. Fresh seafood and owner has a wonderful attitude.

The food Used to be great but not worth it any more.. prawns as gine so tiny.. not like what it was.. the chutney is now so processed .. like a paste.. the prawns in the chutney is gone so small you need a microscope to find them.. even the fish curry now has smallest pieces now full of fish bones.. used ti be nice slices in the past.. dont bother to buy food at the Durban North Branch

I don't know about this place and what the owners were trying to achieve... a restaurant within a retail seafood store... with the added feature of an outside flea market.... ???The selection of seafood was disappointing. No fresh Norwegian Salmon, just a small selection of prawns, and a very empty fresh fish counter...I have zero idea why this flea market is clogging up the walkways and entrance.

Very helpful staff. They actually come to you to help! Prices notcheapbut then ahain, fish isn't cheap anywhere these days. Bought fresh fish which was filleted on request amd fone with a smile.

Wow, wow, wow.... This must be the cleanest seafood shop in the whole of Durban. I have always supported their Alpine Branch.... However this store is centrally located, offering lip smacking meals, freshest seafood, fish and chicken that are priced fairly compared to competitors. Friendly, helpful staff. Please support them. You wouldn't be disappointed.
