27 January 2023, just after 8 a.m., a vehicle shot past us overtaking 3 vehicles (road between Kathu and Postmasburg)The oncoming driver had to take the shoulder to avoid a head-on collision. 10km further, the drive pulled off to the side of the road.What was the rush?Why risk so many lives?In the front of an np200 bakkie were 3 people?!?These are supposed to be responsible drivers???
