Avoid Sasol Ruimsig Car Wash! On Sunday the 18th of April 2021 got to Sasol Ruimsig car wash at 07:50 and there was already 4 cars ahead of me. By 08:25 they have not touched any of the cars, when escalated to supervisor there was lot of running around but 10 minutes later still not a single action to start washing the cars! Left without a refund so frustrating was it to get my money back. Went to Caltex across the road , excellent service!

Super slow service at a the cat wash. It's not busy at all yet it's been over two hours now and my car hasn't even been washed yet. Don't waste your time, rather go to another place, unless you'd rather die a slow painful death from boredom. Could have done so many other things with my time. This will definitely be my last visit.

When you get to that filling station,they make sure that you know that you are not a priority.. Their priority are taxi drivers and quantum drivers.. Never utilse to this fuel station as they don't even have a sense of urgency and their petrol attendants are not even friendly.I will never in this life use their services, even in the next life time..

Pathetic / zero management. Waiting 30 min for service. Not talking about the quing time. Fuel tendents will walk backwards if they go slower. Left without fueling. Will NEVER support again. This franchise should be removed from its useless owners.

Quite a variety of supplies.

The lady by the name of Rebecca at sasol ferndale 29 hill street next to sars. Was so rude for no reason yesterday morning 29/11/2020. I don’t understand why do they have to hire people with no customer service like seriously it doesn’t make sense. Please to the owner of the petrol station to avoid to be disrespected by your employees please put a disclaimer that you are selling electricity on cash only so that the is no miscommunication and misunderstanding. Clearly some of the employees at the till don’t know how to explain instead they’ll be telling us that they are doing us a favor to sell us electricity. I don’t know how is it a favor when I am using my money for your services. I don’t mind buying with cash if I have or go to the stores that use cash instead of being addressed like I wanted free electricity. I always buy electricity there with card and no stories being told. What other cashiers do they swipe the debit card before putting electricity on the meter to see if it goes thru and the money goes thru they give you electricity simple and if doesn’t obviously they won’t put in electricity on the meter number. Yesterday Rebecca had to give bad attitude and say unnecessary things just because she has powers with sasol electricity. I am so disappointed because it’s rare to find bad attitude and bad service at petrol stations.

beware of petrol attendants at this sasol, they steal petrol caps from your cars and resell them. They will come up with the foolish story, saying your car did'nt have a cap, and all of the sudden they have a petrol cap to fit your car at cost.
