No service only few people working there at work

Arrived at the traffic department at 2pm to book a day to do my license with Goodwood. I had to wait in line. Give my ID and license paper with 2 identical ID photos. Then had to go for a eye test. The eye test went quickly. Great service. After passing the eye test you have to wait in the third Q to pay R135 to book a date. I completed full booking in 1 hour and 30min. Checked my time when I left and it was 3.29pm.I wish there were machines where we can book and date and pay and provide info too to make the process quicker. I feel like I am living in the dinosaur years.

Of course they don't have backup power.Check the load shedding schedule for Somerset West (3), before you get to the front of the line after waiting nearly 2 hours and then all the systems go offline.Don't be like me.

Always a good experience here. If you are a Senior you get preferance, took me 15 min in and out, very friendly staff.No forms needed just your message code for licence renewal.

It's small but only a few people and they are quick. Exterior of the building needs alot of attention but interior is OK. Lots of mosquitoes and such.

They are very quick with the drivers license renewal. Half hour too do and get a temporary one. 6 to 8 weeks later, half hour for collection.

Diabolical service! Ordered 4 plates only to be told they 'cant tell me when they would be ready'. Eventually they said 3pm on Friday (dropped off Wed morning). Fri 3pm the job was not done - told me to come back 11am on Sat.I went there only on Monday, only to be told 'what job?' The receptionist stormed off and said she cant even find the job card & details - then just ignored me. I found the owner outside, who was equally inefficient and didn't care!Rude, obnoxious and totally unprofessional - I haven't a clue how they are in business!
