If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought in my Ryobi generator 900W, they said they can fix it quick quick.After waiting 4 months I went to ask how is progress. Turns out they never even touched the machine, they did not even know where it was stored.

if I could give u a zero star rate I would off I've been waiting on my lawn mower for 7 months every time I ask about it my messagers only get read with no reply this is the kakest service ever I'm fetching my mower and they quick to ask for the there R150 and they phne u like everyday for it but now that I'm phoning them they don't answer they don't respond to messagers

Kak service my lawnmower was there almost 2 weeks..They don't let you know what's going on.I went back to see if the lawnmower was finished and they told me they are waiting for spares the lawnmower was not even stripped to see what was wrong with it

I phoned in to get Information regarding an edge trimmer, when the phone was answered the lady was chewing on something, She was very short-off, rude and not very helpful at all. Suggesting that I go somewhere else for what I was looking for. Very Unprofessional.

Service was friendly, they repaired my one weedeater immediately. I handed in another weedeater for a quotation for repair the repair thereof but have not, after 6 days, yet received any feedback.

The service is the worst l have seen in a very long time. They are very disorganized, lack professionalism and do not keep their word. Frankly desperation is the only reason l may ever end up back in this place.

I gave my lawn mower in on the 21 Oct 2021. I constantly had to phone to get any updates, with no response. I had to go in on numerous occasions to get any sense of updates, and when I ask why nobody answers, it is blamed on Load Shedding. 2 months later I eventually receive a phone call from the ''FABLED'' Rono to let me know that I must come and fetch my lawn mower as they can't fix it.Would not recommend this place to anybody. I would give it zero stars if I could.
