Awesome product, awesome customer facing staff, after sales service really bad,Really struggling to get finality in a watch that went in for some repair, communication is not the best, product returned with a new problem and has needed to go back for the second timeHoping this can get rectified soon3 interactions with the store trying to resolve back office/workshop issues
