The staff has terrible people skills. Very rude and act as they don’t care. My ring was still under warranty but want to charge me for repairs HALF THE PRICE OF THE RING. Absolutely ridiculous. I told them that I would get a quote somewhere else and they said “no we have a private jeweller we take the ring to” and I didn’t want that. They also didn’t want to give me a run down of what I AM PAYING FOR. Will never shop there again! Rude rude rude!

I specifically asked them to replace the watch strap pins on my watch as well when I bought a new watch strap yesterday.This morning, I decided to check if they did.My watch had one thicker and one thin cheap Chinese-made pin, and that is why I wanted to replace them both with good pins.Cajees Clearwater Mall did NOT replace the pins with new ones. They did however, receive money for new pins as the quote the salesperson gave me, and which I paid, was for the strap AND two new pins.

Good products and prices. Unfortunate that Fossil has closed down in Woodmead and Mall of Africa. Therefore short of Sandton City Mall this is the only store we could reach to get Fossil products in our vicinity.

Extremely impressed with friendly assistance on phone, quick response and collection of my watch, keeping me updated, and a follow up call to confirm that I have received my Tag Hauer watch back,and if all is in order. Besides the fantastic service, their pricing is very competitive and the lowest quote by far I could get compared to other companies. Thank you Mahomed from Plus 2. I will never go anywhere else again. So good to know about such a trusted, professional company. And so convenient to have my items collected from my house and delivered again. Saves so much time.

Think twice before you buy a Fossil watch. If you need to replace a watch face it can take upto 2-3 months (which is ridiculous). It gets sent to Cape Town for repairs. Also had a situation where my strap was broken by the Rosebank Fossil store salesperson and the job card to replace the strap for free was allocated to the Cresta store. The Cresta store refuses to replace the strap for free and are asking to pay for it. How ridiculous??

Good service friendly staff and a great product

Raymond has been so quick and efficient with getting my watches fixed and repaired. I have sent them out to him as I don’t live near by and he always keeps me updated when the watches arrive and then after inspection what’s wrong or needed and also pricing to fix the watches. Very transparent which is great when you aren’t dealing with someone face to face. Would highly recommend for repairs and service and will be using him again.

What bad service !!!!! My fiancé & I were shopping for our wedding rings , very exciting time also very tough decision to make ....The sales lady was soooo rude talking about us in zulu , unfortunatley for her my Fiancé answered her back in zuluNot going to run back there in a hurryGot MUCH better service & better pricing from NWJ
