We went to the Pavilion Cell C store today to upgrade my husband's contract. We were served immediately and had the pleasure of being attended to by Macy. Such friendly consultant she took the time to find out what it was we wanted from a contract and phone. We definitely need more customer service personnel like her. Thank you Macy

If I could rate this as zero star I would. Pathetic service from this branch. My husband has been trying to upgrade for a whole week now. Each day there's a new issue. The salesperson seems to be palming off the problem to us or is entirely not interested in our business. Cell C direct is not much help either. Rather take my business elsewhere.

I have dealt with him regarding numerous queries including payments and he has always gone over and above to assist.This exceptional customer service is not something that one gets to experience very often.Zane is definitely an asset to Cell C Pavilion.

I was in the Pavilion Cell C store today to upgrade my contract. I was served immediately and had the pleasure of being attended to by Macy. What a delightful, friendly, knowledgeable young lady who took the time to find out what it was I wanted /needed from my contract and phone. She listened without trying to push me into something I wasn't needing. She is to be highly commended on her customer service and helpful attitude. I am a Cell C contract holder. Dealing with CellC for the past 20 years. I had a issue with a new cellphone Samsung device. Device was not swiping. Cellc took and booked the phone in with Samsung repairs. When the phone came back the front screen was badly damaged. Now between the branch and repairs nobody wants to take responsibility in sorting out my device. My device was taken in on the 12 Jan 23 and up to date still no feedback and no phone.. This is nothow you treat your customers.

I have been a Cell C client for nearly 5 years now and through both upgrades Nirufah was an absolute star! She went above and beyond to make sure that everything was sorted and she was very patient when explaining things. I would like to give her a huge thanks and well done for excellent service and going the extra mile for her clients !
