Very friendly and helpful personnel. Always let you feel you are the only person in the shop. They also do their best to get you what you want. If you close to the business they do delivery at no extra cost. They are cheaper than others in the market. If they do not have any stock the will find for you.

It's a good place that most of the people likes it,and their quality building materials at the reasonable prices.

Pathetic service and terrible staff. Landed up walking out and not buying as the staff refused to be of any service. They kept running behind staff only" doors when asked for help on a simple thing like M8 nuts"

Always a great place for me to find hinges, latches, handles, bolts and screws. PVC pipe stock seem to be a bit low, but if building is more your thing, this is the place for you! Prices are great on most items and if it is actually a few bucks more, guaranteed it will be worth the convenience.

Better place for every one

Only had one till whilst customers queued. At the same time 2 useful ladies just setback and watched. Chit-chating negatively about the company.

Delivery was as promised. However, I had to hunt for a salesperson in shop to assist me. The one I got is not knowledgeable enough about quantity and quality of the tiling materials I needed. So if you want to purchase any thing from them, you must know your story and stuff!

Great store for diy enthusiasts. You can get any diy material from tiles to plumbing to palisades. Staff always available to assist. Good layout and central location. Also offer glass cutting services outside. Cheaper than other stores. Ask for a discounted price with assistants.Edit: Been there a couple more times to get some diy stuff and 2x their prices were not the same as on the shelves. Then they make u wait 10 minutes to check the price on the shelf, then another 10 minutes for the supervisor and it was not like they where busy. When the supervisor arrives, she asks for the price tag on the shelf. They are just procrastinating so that you will pay the price on their system and leave. So they waste ur time.That is really not on. What happened to the customer is always right. It is so frustrating. I can be pedantic when that is the advertised price but I am getting charged another price. I don't mind paying but when the issue drops up time and time again, it is no coincidence. It is the principal of the issue at hand.Please rectify this issue.Otherwise shopping here is ok
