I am very disappointed in the service I had received from this service station. I had gone in to buy a vape and an energy drink. After a few minutes of leaving the store and after opening the packaging of the vape I realized that it did not contain nicotine. When I went back to change it the manager refused to help me and told me that she can't assist with changing it for the one with nicotine. I shop here often as I pass by for work. Is this the kind of customer service that I will be receiving every time I come to shop here?

They have very good service, the staff is very friendly and attentive. Sometimes the garage gets pretty full but the pertrol attendances are diligent throughout the chaos.

The store is very neat and staff inside are full of smiles however the bowser boys are very slow to attend to vehicles parked at the bays for filling up.
