Good dayi bought dunked wings on thursday Night for a school excursion that was taking place on friday 05th of may 2023. only to find out they served her 4 Nuggets very dissapointing am a customer there since am staying rembrant park.

Closest KFC to me, it’s quite new so the isn’t busy, but my gosh the customer service is disgusting. The staff couldn’t care less about being polite, or courteous and the food is well, its hard to tell when such an experience on two attempts leaves you with a sour taste.

Excellent service, staff always jovial and friendly. I normally do drive thru, but I have been inside a few times. It's always clean, hardly used, and has plenty of seating. Recently, being built, all amenities on site are fresh and new. It's also in a safe complex that houses an Engen Garage with Woolies and Wimpy and security patrols. So pretty safe.

Staff seemed friendly, sadly they got our order wrong. Didn't even try. The food itself was bad - I can only describe the chicken as stale. From pieces, to zinger wings, and a burger all stale flavorless chicken.

Most useless KFC I've ever dealt with. Given them a second chance and regretted it! The service is shocking, the food tastes horrible and the staff couldn't care less about customer service! Shouldve rather put a chicken licken at this location. Would suggest you drive to the Greenstone one than use this one, which is sad considering its brand new.
