Sloping Valle - Located on the R102 (Main Road) Beacon bay, just across Lavender Blue, it is conveniently situated close to the city. The venue is a small wooden cottage overlooking a dam surrounded by open grassy areas which are scattered with trees creating a magical oasis for intimate functions.

The Knoll Historical Guest Farm
What a great quaint place to stay.Clean room (The Library) Clen modern bathroom. We were welcomed the old fashioned way. Close to PMB. Pity we could not try the resturant for breakfast. Will recommend this place to everyone.

Wine pairing with traditional African treats including koeksisters and biltong. The food and wine were all perfectly nice but nothing amazing. The good thing is you can have a mix of white and red here.

I paid R230 to see Jan Blohm Friday 21 April'23.Staff at the door were chaotic with the seating allocation and not very friendly.Then to sit next to a table of very loud people not interested in the show at all. We tried our best to politely get them to shut up. .. With no luck.I feel management should include in their opening welcome a reminder for all to please keep quiet during the songs or go outside to talk.Or even better to come over and ask them to quiet down.People should respect each other and Reed Valley should realize a unhappy customer is a lost customer.

Springbok Blues Live Entertainment, Sports Pub and Grill
No outdoor seating, but as sport entertainment club Pub's go, i'd like to think Springbok Blues is a great spot to watch a live band after watching a rugby match or a Moto GP or F1 race. Dark and pub-like, but with high ceilings and lots of space and good food. Sunday mid day, you will luck into some great value for money specials and possibly a good live artist or band on the well lit stage where many a local favorite and famous acts have played.I said I'd like to think, as this is the only pub with no outdoor seating i visit from time to time, so I'm not able to compare it to other similar venues.I do, however, much prefer a proper restaurant style bud with decor and good lighting, but this place is great for what it really is... a club pub.
