Their printer doesn’t work so they say the patient has to go to Postnet to print the emailed script.Surely if your printer is broken then you should be going to PostNet to print?!Always have stock issues too - only one of so many items.In an emergency for basics might be alright but not worth the headaches.

I sat for 30minutes in the car because my wife was ignored for 20 minutes. I had to start hooting outside for my wife inside to get service. Close this pharmacy, I really fuken hate you

There was a lady who didn't seem helpful or cared to explain things diligently to me. Instead she was frankly rude and dismissive. She said they now belonged to Dischem as I was shocked to see different people as I was always assisted by many helpful staff before. Disappointing service.

Rather drive the extra few km's to get to another pharmacy. We always make the mistake of coming here because it's nearby but you never wait in the queue for thess than 40-50 mins. Never. Every time I come here J deeply regret it.

Stood in line for 30 minutes waiting for medinite. The pharmacist on duty was incredibly slow. His assistant appeared to be having a tea break in the back in full view of the queue. Manager Andre was missing in action. 5 customers gave up and left while I was waiting. The pharmacy has just joined the dischem group. I won't be back.

There’s a white lady pharmacist there who’s very rude and disrespectful. I tried to keep my cool but she irritated the hell outa me and I told them I will never buy anything from there. She has no proper customer service at all. She spoke to me as if I was less of a human. She doesn’t listen she just talks nonsense.The service !Slow service is a given. They don’t even give you what you are there for. I had to go buy extra medication from somewhere else because I wasn’t provided with what I requested which I only saw when I got home.
