Dirk helped my wife get a UK spousal VISA. If I could give Dirk and his team more stars, I would, the service was excellent. Bear in mind, this was mid-pandemic when things went crazy - Dirk was realistic, practical and solid - without him we would have struggled! If you have any doubts about using BTG - do yourself a favour and do it.
