Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, very spacious rooms, our room had beautiful view of sea and mountains, great restaurant downstairs. Would gladly return .

Could have used more plug points in the room, When ordering room service there is a service fee. The restaurant downstairs, Can cut on capitalism. Food is great, but you can get the same quality elsewhere for a lot more affordable.

Absolutely loved it. Friendly receptionists. Clean, matches pictures provided on booking.com. Great ocean view, restaurants close by, and it's a 4 minute drive from the V&A waterfront. Rooms may be sound proof because I didn't hear anything through the walls.

Service was okay, after payinf i was informele that the parking wasn't include and hed to pa for that a second time.Room wasn't great. Pillows and towels had a distinct smoker's smell. Some noise from the restaurant makes its way up to the sea facing rooms, not too bad if you have some earplugs.
