The whole team worked well together and the training provided was 100% value for money, time very well spent (the training notes actually correlates to the sequence and practical workshop experience). The finish and quality of the equipment supplied reflects proper engineering standards and provide the time saving benefit of their prior experience. Sufficient parking right in front of the door, and a good one stop knife making supply point.

I wanted to seek some advice on products - I rang, they were busy and I hung up. BUT I got onto the online chat which served the purpose, chatted online to resolve my questions. shortly after the chat I received a personal call back to check all was sorted out and if there was any other questions. --- I have to say that style of customer service is unique and very impressive. My order arrives today (if Aust Post does their bit) EXCELLENT. I'll recommend ZANVAK to anyone who needs even remotely similar needed items.

Great location, good products

Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered titanium that arrived too short and had a poorly cut corner with a hole as well?? 20 mm brass rod that was too short. Previous order had steel that was too short and they do nothing to fix the issues. They take long to ship. I heard nothing for almost a week and i had to follow up on my order. Do not recommend. There are better suppliers in the country
