I walked into the store to buy a laptop. This was the first time I never had any issues except one. Interestingly enough, the store advertised a laptop that they did not have stock of, and other branches only had displays available. The one that had stock was closed. This information was available online. Now, I prefer human interaction compared to ordering online. The lady who assisted me did a good job. However, do not promote misleading information online. You are a technological supplier. Sort yourself out. Other than that, you're alright. I have watched you rise over the years. Improve, don't regress.

The friendly staff is amazing, especially Ashley. Such an intelligent and helpful person. I'm from Joburg and I would travel all the way to be help by Ashley. I'll always come back to the store, if she is not here unfortunately I do not want to come here.
