Basketball club

Been playing basketball here for 8 years now and still has such good facilities.

A very well run basketball organisation. The culture at Cockburn is fantastic for all ages from the domestic level to the WABL/ NBL1. The family atmosphere is first class!! If you want to take your basketball to the next level (WABL/NBL1) then this is where you want to be as they have an elite level coaching staff!!

My son trains basketball at this club. Since he started he looks forward to the training every week and can't wait to play competitive games. He has learnt alot so far.Big up to the coach.

My son loves it there and has since improved. He just started high school and straight he was posted to the A-team. He says now his fellow school mate players says he is an asset to the team. Thanks to Randburg Badketball Academy.

I personally play for the club and it is a great club to play for. The Teammates show support and aren't judgment. Coach Mike is a great coach no doubt. Shows you your mistakes and how to fix them. I would recommend this club for anyone who loves to play ball.

Aelen Stars/Management was one of the game changing companies and teams that changed my perspective and career for the better. Coach Michael not only made me a better player but a tremendously better coach. He showed that it is possible to be a coach who treats his players well and develops chemistry with them and also how to be a player who actively learns from the coach. Aelen Managements coaching style and associates are both tremendous examples of the level of professionalism South Africa needs to get to. Unfortunately not many organisations or coaches in RSA exist like Coach Michael from my experience who are capable of bringing out high performance players and coaches.I will never be grateful enough for their influence in my career as a coach and player especially from head coach and leader Michael. I’d recommend this team for anyone who wants to move from standard level playing to advanced training and coaching.
