Very bad service. Placed an order for delivery of over R300. Received half my order and there is no way of contacting your store as they dont answer the contact number provided. Your driver speeds off without waiting to hear if the order is correct. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

20/09/22 :Supposedly the restaurant opens at 9:00 AM, that's not what I experienced. At 8:30 there was a few staff members who had arrived, but they did not get into restaurant for early preparations presuming the key holder had not yet arrived. When I left the shopping center at 8:45 AM, yet the staff had not yet entered the restaurant. I went home to drop the items I had purchased at Spar. Then I returned at 9:20, surprisingly they were still preparing the restaurant. 3 scooters out of 6 were taken out to make way for movement of staff inside. The door was blocked with advertising board. A women was cleaning the chairs and tables, while myself and another customer waited outside. I eventually got agitated and left at 09: 36 AM. I was very hungry and had to settle for bread. Absolutely poor management, I'm very disappointed because Steers I my favorite restaurant. Please FIX this!!!!!

Worse customer service from a franchise as a whole in my life time, except the one by the Engen garage in Parklands #KUDOS to them. Since 18/4/2023 I am trying to get hold of Steers in Belhar, Cavalier Centre with no joy. Customer service is just as useless and have bad reception, no telephone skills, and do not know their product. I finally got hold of the Belhar store just after 10h00 today 26/4/2023 and even then they pushed me over my limit of patients and the ability to treat them with respect. I placed my order for 11h30 and only received my order 11h55. The manager on duty also like her own voice and keep speaking in an arrogant rude way while a person tries to speak. Before I lost it completely I choose to rather stay quiet. The manager Charmain also did not have a hair net on. Even with a cap on her head she had long pieces of hair hanging loose. I spend R600 and will never in my life make use of steers in Belhar again.

Waited almost 30min for a ribster meal, only to drive all the way back to work, to find out that my burger had no garnish on. Contact number provided not being answered.

Horrible service. They so confused, no order. Whoever comes complain is who they give the order to. She told the guy before me his order would take 10 minutes (which she also told me) the guy came back demanding his order and they completed it. 3 people that came after me started complaining and their orders was sorted out. That's when I went only to find out that my order is finished and left with a cold meal. I paid at 19:34 and I left 20:20.Really really bad experience

The staff (especially the lady in front - GEMSTONE!!) is truly so friendly and polite. The service was fast and efficient and the food was freshly made.

Food was so horrible, the burger was all messy to the point where allThe sauce was laying in the box , chips was dark in colour which means it was fried in old oil and it was also extremely oily , this is definitely not value for money . My 1/4 chicken I asked for hot clearly wasn’t hot also wasn’t flame grilled , it tasted as if it came out if a oven wth no sauce on it just dry .On top of it all my order only Arrived after 1 and a half hours .Communicate with store is terrible and this is so disappointed. You send so much money on an order but look and the quality of the food and service

I placed my order more than an hour ago, live 10min away from Steers Belhar ,and cannot get hold of anyone as the phone goes through to voice-mail. Client service down the drain. I used to love Steers Belhar, but their online service sucks
