Don't you waste your money buying a cake at picknpay Killarney its rubbish.i bought a cake on the 13th of May 2022 for my daughter's birthday.The ones by the fridge for R120 yooh it was the waste.The cake was so dry inside like it has been there for ages .But they only renewed the cream so that it looks like a fresh cake.I regret it I should have baked it my self.I wish you could refund me my hard earned cash .The one I bought at Checkers for mothers day was moist ,fluffy and cream smooth and sweet.Yooh I regret and I will never waste my money on Picknpay Killarney cakes.If the cake has been in fridge for so long don't sell it .it daylight robbery changing the cream on a dry cake.Its so sad and disappointing.

Terrible service - tellers only assist you when they finish chatting. And don't even think about having trouble with your bank card (which is not your fault), because you'll find yourself inundated with assistants and floor managers huffing and puffing at you, throwing your cards about, and gossiping about you among themselves, thinking that you don't understand them. Will never shop here again.

Purchased ice-cream on special as advertised from the rosebank branch . Both tubs were like eating icicles. Absolutely disgusting. I then took it back to pnp killarney for a refund intending to take another two tubs. Turns out those and ALL of their stock have icicles. No wonder they were on special. Pnp is selling defective goods! I got my refund, however despite me pointing out the issue to the manager he seemed unbothered and just blank said you got your refund?" how many other customers are buying substandard goods from pnp which they claim are on special???"

You stay in que for lotto for more than 30 minutes because the is one person working, the person is assisting someone buying phone. You tell her manager and she gives you attitude. I am disappointed in this store

The service was poor shem and what made it worse was the supervisor, she said I was lying about the call center taking time to assist with linking the smart shopper cars with my ID as I no longer have mine. So I asked her if the would assist and I showed her that I did try to link it Mara ke she wasn't having it which I didn't understand since I was at the shop,kanti must we change the color of our skin to be serviced kahle, ai no man!!!!!Please service black ppl how u service abelungu!!!!I wasn't happy shem!!!

I have been frequenting this Pick n Pay for over 6 years - as it is the closest shop on my route home.Lately, the overall store quality has gone downhill - I often find that they are out of stock of most items, their butcher area smells really bad and the most heartbreaking thing is that the staff are terrible - they are so unhelpful and impolite and have this crazy attitude about them.It has gotten to the point where I would rather order online or avoid the shop completely than face such disrespectful and downright rude staff members

The platters are really tasty, however I asked if it is halal and they said all of it is, needless to say I order five platters and take them just to see that there is bacon wrapped around a sausage, this is not halal! I'm very disappointed and won't be ordering here again.

Baffled as to why there are no staff members to assist in weighing out fruits & veg at this department. Your store has very little stock of items and selling expired perishable items is quite concerning
