Tried to do an upgrade yesterday,(7 Sept 21)shocked to find the stoor still closed at 9h30. No sign on door or any info on why shop is not open. Very dissapointed. Lots of customers standing around, wanted to do business.

Acting manager has bad attitude. They don't want to accept Walmer centre vouchers. Don't want split payment. Say the finance people cannot count two amounts together! They should be asked to leave Walmer centre because they don't honour the vouchers!
