Please don't leave your pets here.Disgusting service. Don't ever leave your pets at the kennel. My dog is so traumatized and the woman at reception was absolutely rude and showed no sympathy. She said I should realise this isn't a baby, but an animal. I picked my pup up with his hair falling out. He is completely scarred. These people should not be tending to animals

Newcastle SPCA has some staff who need to change there attitude toward customers. I've tried to rescue 2 dogs from those cages the SPCA hold them In and I get told that no visitors are allowed and get treated horribly when I call in to book a viewing. I have adopted 3 dogs from Registered Recuse organization with no issue at all. So please tell me why I am not good enough to rescue a dog from Newcastle SPCA?
