Incompetent staff, the staff talking in their group loudly and totally ignoring the customers when I wanted to find out about a special on a TV this woman looked very irritated at me and told me to ask Vanessa" I told her I don't know who that is and asked her to call this "Vanessa" she says she's busy she can't call her I then left the store very disappointed. I then bought my TV at GAME in CAPE GATE mall and I got excellent service."

Very disappointed in the customer service and the way they handle their sales wanted to buy a Xbox the salesman told me if I find a fault with it I can't bring it back because they don't do repairs , got to the till point and the cashier tells me there is something wrong with the device went back to the salesman only to find he's not there and I got the worst service ever.

I called Game in Zen this morning spoken to a lady called Moniqeu ,she was very helpful.I was looking for Rainsuits for men ,she promised to check and call me back which she did very quick.She is keeping 4 for me for tomorrow afternoon.Well done Moniqeu ,keep up the good work.God bless you.

I took back my laptop for repairs, which according to them should not take more than 21 days, but it's been 3 months now and I'm really getting tired of this. Their ads on TV assure you will get good service but it totally feels like the opposite.

Never have I ever been so disrespected as a customer in a store as in Game Zevenwaght. I bought a cordless logic kettle a few months ago that had a two year warranty. I had a problem with the kettle not switching off. I took it to Game Zevenwaght and the lady that handled my return lied to me by telling me that the kettle wasn't under warranty only the element. Then was so rude to me afterwards. I am 48years old I was never ever so disrespected in my life.
