We are a wooden furniture manufacturer and have been using Primovers for all our transport requirements.They always go the extra mile to do their best to accommodate us on collections and deliveries.We have never had concerns or complaints about any damage to our furniture.They really take good care how they transport our furniture and they always makes sure that it arrives at the final destination without any damages.

PRIMOVERS was the best decision for our move from Johannesburg to Cape Town. The packers were quick, on time, professional and handled our things with great care. The company was accommodating, friendly and very helpful along the process - answering all of our many questions with patience and kindness. There are so many companies and we are so pleased to have chosen Primovers. From begining to end, responsiveness, we professionalism and the staff handling our goods were efficient, and prompt, dedicated and very professional as well as accommodating in every respect. Highly recommended. We moved from Jhb to Sedgefield Western Cape. No hassles and every deadline they were early which was great.

Would not use Primovers again or recommend at all..They didn't leave a good first impression. We were told that the movers will collect our stuff around 10 or 11am. They only showed up around 6pm that night.Then when we received our furniture, our boxes where destroyed. Our boxes where marked fragile and glass in transit but that was totally ignored. Our TV was wrapped in a blanket, bubblewrapped in a box and marked as fragile TV and it is completely broken...Worst experience.

I recommend Primovers to anyone moving. Martin was professional throughout and provided a well priced quote and communicated all the time. My furniture arrived 1 day ahead of schedule.

We have had a TERRIBLE experience with primovers. It started off with the only good part- helpful service from Edie, to turning into a complete nightmare. First off the packers showed up with their kids in tow, running around playing with tape, making a lot of noise and a lot of mess. We chose to overlook this. But once we had completed our move from Cape Town to Joburg, only after the fact were we informed that the truck had an incident on the road and some items were damaged. I asked repeatedly for photos and descriptions and was told they were being sent for repairs. I only received photos the following week and not even accurate ones. Then when our other furniture did arrive, lots more damage was made than we were informed of, outside of the other items we were still waiting to be repaired. We also discovered several missing items and broken things like glass etc. that has been incorrectly packaged and stored. When our other items that were being repaired" arrived

Primovers have a professional and friendly team They go the extra mile to accommodate a client and keep them informed of the trucks movements. Will highly recommend them.
