Absolutely rude service. Will be steering clear in future.

Service has dropped significantly over the years. I've had to stop using them as they have become unreliable, canceling scheduled appointments at the last minute.

Best parlour straight to your door! Friendly staff who show passion and love for animals!! Our fur babies were treated like kings and queens!!! Highly recommend this mobile service to others who want happy, super keen doggies :)

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!They injured my dog so horribly- artificial burns on his chest and abdomen from careless brushing which tore his skin and then applied heat from the dryer! The owner point blank refused to take any responsibility and said maybe there was a pre-existing condition which there wasn’t.When I asked him to pay the vet bill he told me he’d consult his lawyer. After following up he responds after 2 months with: “Our website Ts & Cs does mention that we will not be held liable in case of injury. Much like we don't hold owners liable for if their pooch bites.I am willing to refund you the cost of the groom…” I doubt I’ll ever get the refund.For the love of animals and your peace of mind, avoid using this groomer!

Our dog does not like water and is super scared of the dryer, but the team is always so patient with him and takes such special care. He is big and strong but the team manages to keep him so calm and always leaves with him being super handsome! I especially love the neck scarf or bowtie with every wash. Super convenient that they can come to your home too!

They injured my dog by his tail AND on his ears and the guy brushed it off and said it expect that cut" was huge and the people who did this to the dog refused to take accountability for it. The guy was rude. They traumatized my dog. I wound definitely not recommend rather find another place to groom your pet because this place is TERRIBLE."

They damaged/injured my dogs eye. They scraped her eye then put blood stopper in which should not be used for her eye. We had to rush her to the vet because it can make her blind. The vet said her eye is damage. My dogs were in de-stress afterwards and the quality of service was very bad.Definitely do not use this service.They refuse to pay vet bills and are extremely unethical.

FANTASTIC SERVICE!!!! I am so happy with everything they did, from arrival, to special instructions, they were amazing!
