Cashier was absolutely a angel.5 stars. The lady by the roast chicken counter was so rude. Come on Woolies it's 2023. By the way I love Woolies & it's not that won't shop there . It's just sad.

Good selection, hours are also good opens early and closes late the store has a bariata and therefore sells coffee which is amazing and usually a great selection of fruit and veg there is also a rotisserie and small bakery which makes very good pastries and some decent bread anything you could possibly need in a grocery shop experience including good quality meat and fish. This is the Centre piece of the shopping centre and whilst there is alot of construction going on in the Centre it doesn't seem tk be affecting woolworths at all.

I bought cheesecake which turned out to be nothing but whipped cream. I had to throw it away because I was so not going to eat a whole tub of glorified fat. Selling cream as cheesecake is a scam. Should have just gone to Spar, their cheesecake has some version of cheese in it. To think I paid R109 for cream.

Terrible service at the tills,2 tills were open and more then 5 customers in the line to pay and they don't add cashiers. Why does customers have to wait so long to pay ?

With all this load shedding people are obviously looking more and more for ready made dinners that are quick to warm up. Woolworths obviously didn't get that memo as if you want some roast chicken after 4pm good luck. With that maybe some French loaf and salad. Oh good luck, sold out each time. Geez , tonight was the last straw, left about R2000 worth of stuff in the trolley as I was fed up. Can you actually cater for working people and not just those that have the luxury of shopping mid day...

A typical Woollies! All the fresh produce and great stick holding,, helpful staff. One very small gripe, there was no plain bottled water in fridges. Minor detail. Good.

Loved the store. Layout could be a bit better. But staff was friendly. Although the place was very busy, customers were assisted fast and the que waiting to pay moved extraordinarily fast. Will definitely go back!

My wife and I visited here today 29th Jan 23. We had a voucher on my wife's cell phone for a 20% discount on the rotisserie chicken. We had to explain to the cashier how to obtain the discount,this didn't seem to work as she had to call her supervisor. To cut a long story short on returning back to the car we discovered there was no discount given. We returned the chicken and asked for the amount paid for it to be returned. They said the amount would be reflected on my wife's account, we are still waiting . In future I will drive a little further to maybe Cresta where they treat their customers with respect and care.
