First interview was great.But the second one was bad.I applied to work in the call centre but they took me door to doorThey made me walk from randburg to Roodepoort and I had to pay my own urber back homeI think what this company does is wrong.They basically made me work.And door to door isn't safe.I personally feel like they should pay for our urber..do not apply to work there.And the guy I was walking with was very rude to me on whatapp..

He claimed one year warranty TV gives in one mo th after repairs he fetches the TV and todate this man has stolen my 80' sykworth TV.

waste of time.... you literally have to remind them to pay you monthend and they'll give you a run around. They promise basic salary but once you get there things change. You will spend a lot of money going to work and work long hours but you won't be compensated.

The service is spectacular, and I never had to doubt the abilities of the team....The founder is also supportive and hands on...coudos to the company.! Keep up the excellent work!

This company is a great environment to work for. The floor manager, team leaders are the best. Tele tech doesn’t pay their employees commission they worked hard for. It’s hard to make sales, also hard to get your money. Work on that guys please.

Great place to be

I doubt ANY call centre can safely allow an ex-employee to leave a good review about them however, with EC3 there is not a single bad thing that can be said about this place. Most places claim to treat there employees like family which is a farce. However I for one can attest that with this business it's completely true. As a company they will go above and beyond to keep you as an employee.. happy. They're very easy-going and highly approachable unlike with most call centres. Jeanette being a partner in the business is one of the most extraordinary human beings I ever met in my life. This lady really made me feel valid and wanted. She just knew how to handle any situation. And for that, I applaud her. For the outstanding job she did and for the way she always treated me not as a boss, but more as a mum would care about a son.
