Worse than watching paint dry at the dispensary. Extremely slow service

Customer service by the chemist is awful, they refuse to give you basic over the counter goods for a sick child! Definitely won’t rush here in a hurry again.

Unfortunately I had a poor experience at the prescription medication counter. There is a ticket system which I was not aware of. The pharmacist started serving me without a ticket and the customer behind me became annoyed that I was ahead of her at the counter that her ticket was allocated. The pharmacist let me go to the back of the queue to get a ticket even after he had started serving me. I will not be back.

Took forever to answer the phone in the pharmacy. I understand that they are busy but it is not acceptable that when they do eventually answer the phone it is left lying on the side for a further 5 minutes while I wait to speak to someone in the pharmacy. The phone is just then hung up.

Walked up to the cashier today at 17H55, the cashier at number 5 helps me with my purchase. One small box, I do not get offered a bag, which I'm more than happy to pay for. Nor do I get asked if I want to use the credit I have on my card.

I was wondering whether your branch need someone to answer your phones. I have phoned 8 times today and every time the phone rang until it went dead. Have you ever wondered that there might just be a person on the other side who is in need of urgent assistance who probably don't have enough airtime and also no transport to get to your store? It does not make sense how a ringing phone can just be ignored. Disappointing to say the least, not even to mention some of your Pharmacists who are more interested in listening to others conversations while we have to wait patiently to be assisted. Thumbs up though to the cashiers who are always friendly and helpful.

The worst service! Made a booking for the Covid vax, they have posters displaying that bookings get priority, but when my booking time comes I get told to stand in the que and that it is not done according to booking times. WHY then have a booking system at all????
