This is still the worse clicks around.Easier to drive to pick n pay pharmacy.The wait time is crazy, having a new fancy ticketing system still does not make it better when you are STILL under staffed.I thought it would be better by now but same same but you get a ticket to hold now while you wait........

Horrific customer service from the ladies behind the counter. It was so bad that I left the que seeing how they treat customers. I get loadshedding causes chaos, but this cannot be the first rodio for you guys, the fact that you could barely be able to acknowledge the questions coming from 2 patrons asking how the que system is now going to work with your system going down. Your lack of interest or even acknowledgment that we are talking to you makes me feel that home affairs provides far superior service. I don't see any way to recover reputation with how you provide service". Good luck fixing this consistent issue the clicks group is facing with this branch."

What is happening at this branch? The pharmacy service can't even be described as bad, since there Is NO SERVICE! Every month I request that my prescription should be automatically prepared. Every month they simply don't. Then you have to wait up to 2 hours (no, I am not exaggerating) and then another 30 plus minutes while they prepare the existing script. Shocking. I will not take me new prescription there once this one has expired

Not even worth 1 star. I have phoned 3 times on 3 separate days to book an appointment at the clinic. On every occasion I was told that there is no one in the clinic and that they can not help me. What a total waste of space. Terrible Clicks. Will most definitely be advising all my friends and family to stay far away.

This 1☆ review is generous when it comes to rating the level of service at Clicks Pharmacy Edgemead.Total incompetence from everyone behind the pharmacy counter.Chronic medication is a life line for those who require it. Patients require the correct medication in the correct doses timeously.For months now there SMS notification system that informs the patient that there meds are ready for collection fails to do so. The telephone system is also inoperable throughout the branch. The patient is required to drive in to the pharmacy and then convince the staff behind the counter that they are on chronic meds. The clicks card identifier is of no use. Once you provide DNA you might be lucky to receive your meds - provided it hasn't been added to some other patients chronic meds in another province......yes, this is what has happened. Keep a copy of your doctors script close at hand if you decide to make use of this pharmacy - they tend to even capture the details off your script incorrectly and they will convince you that you are required to pay a co-payment because they captured your meds incorrectly.Lastly, try to address these issues with the pharmacy manager, it's like trying to find Nemo. He or she - I don't even think the staff know if it's a he or a she, is simply a phantom roaming the dark unknown corners of that pharmacy.You have been warned - avoid this pharmacy at all cost!!!

Just called the pharmacy now. They have my original script. I told them to keep it when I collected in November 2022. I told them to update the phrase on their computer stating that the original was returned. My late brother who died on 10 October 2022 was the one who brought the original back. Don't let me have to catch an Uber there tomorrow to be faced with more incorrect info. Get your facts correct. You are all incompetent and rude. I will cause a scene in your store the likes of which you've never witnessed. It will be recorded an posted on social media. Shocking service!

Sister Meyer on duty is PURE GOLD at the clinic. She called me back after I left a messages, help me book an appointment for the following day and saw to me on time.I haven't received such amazing service in a really long time. Will definitely stick to this clinic!

Such bad customer service! I waited in the que to pay for sooo long, and no less than 5 employees were just chatting away behind the counters - not 1 calling for the next customer to be helped. When they finished their chat, only then they helped the customers. This is 6th time this exact scenario has happened - where is the management to reprimand these employees ??

Staff at the dispensery are one of the most unfriendly, unhelpful and slowest employees I have had the misfortune to deal with. They don't even greet you back let alone greet you! Snail's pace seems to be their motto as well. No people skills whatsoever!

Some personnel behind the Pharmacy counter at this store need to be trained in 'Customer Care'.
