Hypermarket

Friendly, generally well priced community supermarket. One of the owners received 94.7 biltong maker of.the year award. This shops biltong is some of the best you can buy. The cabernossi at Centresave is also in my opinion of.the best value for money you can buy.

Been standing in this line since 9:27 it's now 9:58 and our till workers are busy chatting with their friends, other are fixing their nails .. Very poor service ...

We couldn't find what we were looking for and when we enquired from a Staff member he was not sure either so we looked around for a while and gave up.Then we went to the Deli section to get cold meats and there were 3 Staff members standing together chatting and despite several attempts to get their attention, we stood there for a good 2 to 3 minutes. When we finally yelled loud enough, a lady came to us and you could clearly see that she's angry because we had to call her. She didn't greet and I still greeted her but she didn't respond.We got the cold meat but then decided it's all not worth it so we just left it on a shelf and walked out

Clean and well stocked, friendly staff ample parking, sixty 60 minutes groceries delivery service also available. Cell phones and other electronics are also available. ATM's and toilet facilities on point and very clean smell nice not forgetting butchery and confectionery almost everything you need is there. McDonald's close by and sees savers.

People are always friendly and helpful

Checkers is quite a nice place to buy groceries. Only two things that annoyed me the most . We went there to get our favourite potato samosa. We bought 3 potato samosa. I was so excited to eat it. I bet you can imagine how I felt when I tasted one and found out that it was yesterday's samosa and they where sold to us at a normal price. We have to throw the other one away because it was not edible. It had this bitter taste that lingered. The second time was when I had to buy quite a fell thing( my stationery, my moms birthday gift and meat for a buy). After getting all the other stuff we decided to buy the meat last. When we got to one of the tills there was a cashier that looked like she was busy so we waited. We I called out to her asking if she was open whe reply and the most rude attitude. I've worked as a cashier before and that's not how you treat a customer no matter how tired you are. Everything happened in a flashed. I was taught you ask a custom if they wanted a bag and if not you offer a clear back especially if meat is involved. Long story show i ended up walking out of Checkers with meat in my hand. I was so fright by her attitude that I was scared to even ask for a bag.....

I am not happy I have bought much stock today It cost 60k I didn't even get a single discount!!! It won't be my last day bcz it's my place to stock up all the time. The service was good plz I will still come back next time I need my discount Shukran..
