I brought my Longines watch here to get the battery changed but it turned out that the battery had leaked into the watch. Daniel is super helpful and genuine, and helped me fix the issue in no time, and explained how to prevent this in the future.

I dropped by before work in hopes of fixing a small feature on my watch and was quickly explained that it could not be fixed without replacing the entire movement. I was advised that it was not worth the money to replace the movement to fix such a little problem. Very nice, efficient and professional! Lovely dog which was a plus!
