Perfume store

The most horrendous customer service experience I have ever received. I don't suggest going here at all.I purchased an item on sale and then decided to go back and return it for something else they refused to give me my full credit. The Manger had an attitude and told me I needed anger management classes and one of her staff members body shamed me.If I could give a 0 out of 5 I would. I had to pay R60 more than necessary on the product. I am highly disappointed. I have been buying from bodyshop for about 10years and my mom an even longer time. CI don't think I'll ever buy a product from them again.UpdateThe Regional Manger sorted out the problem. I got my credit and a products for my troubles. I will probably buy from bodyshop again but not that bodyshop.

This shop always smells amazing

I was so embarrassed and shocked at the wellness clinic when one of the nurses shouted at me for asking for one more request on our way out that I had forgotten to ask for while we were in the nurses room getting a check up. She angrily said why didn't I ask her before, in front of other patients and my child, I was stunned and felt embarrassed by her choice of reaction. Also when we bring children in, please be more friendly, I have to explain to my child why she shouted at me and doesn't smile much. Extremely dissatisfied by the nurses treatment, it's like walking on eggshells when a person demeanor can seem so irritated, and I don't even possibly know why, cause we don't know each other personally

Nice products but too expensive

Very helpful

The staff was very helpful when we visited to shop. The store was neat and tidy. Shelves are clearly marked with product names and prices. Overall a very pleasant shopping experience.

This is my favourite Lush store. The sales associates are so friendly and kind, and super patient. They’re incredibly helpful and truly leave you alone if you say you’re fine to explore the store, and only approach you if you’re looking a bit lost. Truly, they’re amazing, I’d give them an additional star if it were possible.

Loved it!

I bought a gift on Saturday the 25th of January and one of your ladies asked if she could wrap it. While the transaction went through, the wrapping lady asked me if I was happy with the green wrapping paper. In that second or 2 while looking away from the cashier, my bankcard was cloned. The transactions went through a week or so later, from a PayPal account. Fortunately my bank refunded me. I have mentioned my experience to one of your locals (I am from Gauteng) and she told me the same happened to her friend 2 weeks ago after visiting your shop. So please be vigilant , the staff is not trustworthy, keep an eye on your bankcards!!
