It’s such a pity having to write this review after so many good ones that made us decide to use this service. I am highly disappointed and surely hope that this does not happen to anyone else.After my car was collected in Capetown, Tuesday the 4th of April (TWO DAYS BEFORE SHIPPING DAY) a representative from the company called to say they had ‘forgotten’ to load the car on the truck! Which meant that I had to now wait for more than an extra week in total before the car could be delivered in Johannesburg.There was no effort made to try and rectify this only to receive a WhatsApp text from the representative telling me that the car will only arrive on Friday the 14th of April! The messages i have been sending to the WhatsApp number have now been blue-ticked and there has not even been a call after the fact for them to fix the problem.I urge prospective clients trying to use this service to tread carefully, especially when you need to use your vehicle. Now I have to make alternative plans and incur extra costs for a work trip to Mafikeng

We recently used Intercity Auto Movers to relocate mom's vehicle to CPT and what a pleasure. I completed my quote request online and Johan contacted me in no time. The email communication was clear and responses supper efficient. I was assigned a contact person ( Reggy) and together with Thabang they kept me well informed. These guys under-promise and over deliver and I like it! We collected our car today and even that was a smooth handover. I highly recommend IAM!!

Excellent service provide by Johan and team. I use IAM to transport my vehicle from KZN to CPT (door-to-door). It was a full hands on experience, they provide live tracking. Truck drivers and associates where extremely helpful. Highly recommend this team.
