I have to rate One star in order to post this BAD review.I will never use them again.They operate with machinery that does not work. I was assured prior to their arrival that they would steam clean which would also help with the drying process. I was concerned because I live near the ocean and the weather was foggy and damp. Was told not to worry.They used hard scrubbing brushes cheap soap and TONS of water and was told they couldnt get the carpet any cleaner. I said okay then it must be dirt that cant be removed. They packed up to leave. I turned the carpet over and discovered the carpet was COMPLETELY SOAKED THROUGH. They said it would dry before any bad smells set it which is what I was concerened about. I was doubtful about this and asked them to continue withdrawing water from the carpet. The machinery was useless and again they said not to worry it will dry.About four hours later at 6 pm i returned home to a carpet that was still soaked. The sun had not shone at all and the carpet had not dried even a little bit.I calked their offices then and explained the whole story.The following day a public holiday I called out another company. They were not impressed with the state of the carpet.They cleaned with a steam cleaner the BROWN MARKS which I was told would never come out. Presto... new results. Completely came out. However the carpet had to be removed to a premises that would continue the clean and to get the carpet dry as it would not dry here. This day was raining and the carpet was far too soaked to dry naturally in my flat in this weather. The water needed to be sucked out for much longer etc etc. I shall get my carpet back in a few days.The following day I called AVAESVO, explained what had transpired and told them I wanted a refund. They of course refused to refundEssentially it was not a professional steam cleaning job. Ancient machinery. The comparison in machinery was like night and day.I should not have paid AVAESVO in the first place but did so hoping that their assurances would come true and the carpet would dry. I was being optimistic. I'm not a professional carpet cleaning company but even I could see the writing on the wall.A carpet that would need days to dry before it would begin to smell.My experience was incredibly unpleasant with AVAESVO and I shall never use them again or recommend that anyone else does either.
