5 star service from Nicole! She was friendly from the get go and helped me out on short notice. Deposit was refunded promptly and I even got the balance of my money back when I gave 24 hour notice for early return. Will definitely use Carisma again!

Very reasonable rates. Quick and easy booking, collection and return process. Deposit returned very quickly which I really appreciated. Didn't have to deal with any damages or claims so I cannot comment on that... but would definitely recommend them and reuse them again in future.

We have been using Carisma Car Hire since 2014 for every trip we do to Cape Town. We have never been disappointed or let down, rates are very reasonable and their customer service is top notch. We collect & drop-off the car at airport which is SO convenient & their little Toyota Etios we hired these passed 6 days was a lovely run around car & super light on fuel.
