Amazing how quick a company loses service with the wrong staff, I have been a regular client of your Cape Town branch renting trailers on a weekly basis. Today I take a trailer back only to be told byJessica was 4 hours late and had to pay for a full day. I have never met anyone so rude. You have lost a client and I'm sure it's not just me.

I 've been with them since 2007. This rental company caters for the needs of the customer. I was never disappointed with their service and would recommend any person who needs to rent a trailer to put my recommendation to the test. They get a 10/10 on my scale.

Champions. Everyone here is a champion. Customer service is priority here, friendly people to engage with throughout. I'm very happy.I also hired their JAC truck. Vey good truck, I had no idea it was better than the Hyundai and Kia.

Pathetic service. Firstly struggled to get through to them over the phone. Then when I eventually got through I booked a trailer for the next day and they took my details. When I got there to collect trailer I was told the size trailer I was looking for was not it. And I especially organized a strong towing vehicle for the day. The least they could have done was to let me know beforehand. Won't recommend them!

They keep your money if you bring back the vehicle with more fuel than you got it with that's robbery and don't have what you ask for if you book ahead. 3rd class establishment
